Product Introduction

This high-strength reinforced three-dimensional composite drainage net is added with a layer of high-strength geogrid between the three-dimensional mesh core and the geotextile. The geogrid enhances the tensile strength and tear resistance of the product, while the three-dimensional mesh core still maintains its excellent drainage performance. The product is designed for projects that require both high drainage efficiency and high structural strength.

Application Fields

Applied to large-scale water conservancy project drainage, high-speed railway and highway subgrade drainage, large-area landfill drainage, and deep foundation pit drainage. It is especially suitable for projects with large structural spans, high backfill loads, and high requirements for drainage and structural stability.

Product Installation

  1. Base surface reinforcement: For large-scale projects or soft base surfaces, the base surface should be reinforced with geotextile first to improve the bearing capacity of the base surface.
  2. Laying sequence: Lay the drainage net in the direction of water flow, with the geogrid layer facing the backfill soil. The longitudinal overlap width is 20cm, and the transverse overlap is 15cm. The overlap area should be pressed tightly.
  3. Fixing with anchor bolts: Use high-strength anchor bolts for fixing, with a spacing of 1m. The anchor bolt heads should be covered with protective caps to prevent damage to the drainage net.
  4. Layered backfilling: Backfill in layers, each layer thickness is 30-50cm, and compact each layer with a roller. During backfilling, avoid heavy machinery directly rolling on the drainage net to prevent damage to the mesh core.
